Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Rankup uses, why it is used, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We store account email, Riot ID, region, PUUID, analysis queue status, and coaching results derived from matches. The product is designed to avoid permanently storing raw match and timeline payloads.
How we use data
Data is used for summoner verification, match analysis, dashboard views, quota management, trend reports, and service security.
Third-party services
Riot API may be used to fetch match data, Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Groq for AI coaching text. These services process only the data needed to provide the product.
Control and deletion
You can update your Riot connection or request account and data deletion. Some records may be retained for a limited time for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Security
Service-role keys and API keys must not be exposed to the client. We use server-side operations, RLS, and limited data retention to reduce unauthorized access risk.
